FAQ
How do I install?
Mac: right-click install.command, then Open. Windows: extract all, then Install MAGNEX.cmd. Each package includes a 4-minute video guide.
Do I need internet?
MAGNEX works offline. The Booth needs internet so guests can send photos from their phones.
How does the license work?
One license per computer, lifetime, no expiry. You buy from inside the program: pick a package, pay and press "I paid, send for approval". Once we confirm the payment, the license activates in the program by itself. There is no need to send a computer code.
Which printers are supported?
Mitsubishi CP-D90 and CP-D80, plus Citizen and DNP. If you have another model, write to us.
What happens after 14 days?
The software still opens, but locked features need a license. Dark Room locks separately.
How do I pay?
From inside the program, by Bit or PayBox. For a bank transfer, ask for the details on WhatsApp from the same screen. After the payment is confirmed the license activates by itself and a receipt is emailed to you.
